## What is REPS?

A coach that speaks your language — and earns your trust by showing its work.

REPS builds your training plan around your life: your experience, your equipment, your week, and yes — your calendar. Ramadan, prayer times, a brutal work week: the plan adapts instead of guilting you.

WHAT YOU GET
AI training plans: answer a few questions and get a complete, structured program — with the reasoning behind every choice, not just a list of exercises.
A plan builder for lifters who want full control: build and edit custom programs, free.
Fast in-gym logging: sets, reps and load in a couple of taps, rest timer included.
Personal records, celebrated: REPS detects every PR automatically and marks it with a trophy — your history becomes a highlight reel.
A rich exercise library with clear instructions and form cues.
Smart adjustments: weekly rebalancing, deload weeks when you need them, and plans that survive a missed day.
Built for our region: Arabic-first design, Hijri calendar awareness, Ramadan-adapted training — with full English, French and Spanish support.

REPS ELITE
Building and logging your own plans is free, forever. REPS Elite ($5.99/month) unlocks AI plan generation and the AI coach. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
