My phone automatically locks while this app is running and it pauses workouts every time this happens, which is literally every 30 seconds. I then have to unpause and half the time it just skips to the next exercise. The random order of workouts and the unpredictable timers are also not for me.

Hi tried to find your actual contact info- like the app.  I have a wire frame for over 400 home exercises but want to create a platform where the program design is faster but I cannot code.  I’m an exercise professional that have tried every app UI all too slow to create.  @rb3training my Instagram

I love this app, would be even better if it was Apple Watch compatible.
