## What is RepShield?

Your apps, behind a workout.

RepShield locks the apps that eat your time — the feeds, the shorts, whatever you choose — until you pay for them in push-ups, squats, a plank, or lunges. Your camera counts the reps on-device. Then the app opens for a timed pass.

No willpower required. The scroll urge hits, you drop and do ten, and either way you win: less mindless screen time, or a stronger body.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Your first guarded app stays free without a subscription.
