## What is Repsight?

Build a personal circuit and log actual completed sets without opening the camera. Saved progress keeps your place across app launches.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Circuits, name your plan, add up to six exercises and choose one to eight rounds. Targets are your own planning values.
2. Start the circuit log. Enter actual reps, or seconds for a plank hold, then record the set. Skip remains distinct from a recorded zero.
3. Resume saved circuits, review and share the manual record, repeat the plan as a new circuit, or delete a log after confirmation.

Existing camera rep counting, exercise modes, multi-set sessions, coaching, workout history, insights and settings remain available.

WHAT TO KNOW
Manual records do not measure form, calories, tempo or fitness. Camera-counted history remains separate and unchanged. Targets are not prescriptions; choose activity appropriate for you and rest as needed. Repeating a circuit starts a fresh unrecorded log.

iPhone and iPad.

Pocket Circuits

### 2.0.1 — 2026-06-26

This update sharpens the interface: the iPad layout now uses a centered, comfortable reading width instead of stretching edge to edge, plus small display fixes. iPhone is unchanged.

### 2.0 — 2026-06-21

Repsight 2.0 — a pro upgrade that turns the rep counter into a full hands-free coach, still 100% on-device.

• More exercises with on-device pose tracking, including a plank hold.
• Per-rep form score: range of motion, depth, tempo evenness, and left/right symmetry.
• Workout builder + guided routines with a spoken rest timer, plus Target, AMRAP, EMOM, and Tabata modes.
• Session history, personal records, and custom exercise definitions (pick the joints and angle thresholds).
• Insights: daily-volume and form-grade charts, momentum per exercise, and a 12-week activity heatmap.
• Per-exercise deep dives with technique cues, plus an achievement wall and PDF/CSV export.

The camera is never recorded and nothing leaves your device. No account, no network.

### 1.3 — 2026-06-15

Repsight 1.1 adds a full session planner so you can do your whole workout - not just one set - without touching your phone.

- Session Planner - queue up to 12 exercise+rep combinations, then tap "Start session". Repsight walks you through each set automatically, with the rest timer running between them.
- Quick Programs - save a queue as a named program and reload it with a single tap for your regular routines.
- Session Summary - at the end of a planned session, see total reps, session time, calories burned, and a per-exercise breakdown on one screen.
- 6-Week Volume Trend - the History tab now shows a stacked bar chart of your weekly rep volume across the past 6 weeks, colour-coded by exercise.

Everything still runs fully on-device with no account, tracking, ads, or network requests.
