Logs you out or spends minutes syncing mid-use. Data sync issues if you want to use more than one device. Just doesn’t seem to have the engine needed on the back end to support fluid functional real world use of the main functions of the app. ### 2/5 — Lousy user experience *2023-08-24* Works intermittently. Even when you see your target store via the app it won’t let you login giving you message that it doesn’t exist in Google. Really? But your app is showing via google it’s there. So frustrating. Thank God I put my routes on paper because I can not see my previous routes on your app… yes it show what I did on a certain day but the old app if I pushed October 1 and the a store I would see all visits in the past. It looks like a middle schooler who just learned HTML made it. Very frustrating that you cannot go back to the old version even if you delete the new one and redownload the older one. It automatically says that you are already in the newest version and have to sign out to use the old one. Other issues include: App opening and then immediately closing out over and over again till it “decides” to remain open and available to use. Freezes up constantly so that you cannot continue with whatever you were doing in the app without restarting again. Will not show completed tasks even if you have completed and submitted surveys, notes etc. Less intuitive- makes you have to click around to different screens to get to history of previous notes and visits. Timing of your day is off- will say you worked 2.5 hours after really working a full day. Also mileage is inaccurate but that was the same in the previous version. I’ve wasted so much time out of my day dealing with this app not functioning correctly. When adding in new places, you can’t search the name on maps like before. You have to manually enter it in or go to the general area the new business is, then hit a button that can have 2-10 options, or you can manually enter it in. When scheduling businesses you have manually added in, they do not show up on the map where they actually are. Horrible interface. Horrible mapping. Awful all around. Has already gone down twice and the whole company literally froze. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-11-05* This app is nothing short of terrible. Constant updates, syncing issues, will randomly log you out and then not accept your email/password when trying to sign back in, Slow and glitchy… the list goes on. Pretty crazy how technology is somehow going backwards in 2025 almost 2026 ### 1/5 — Permanent Tracking *2025-10-25* App works like malware; ignoring settings for location tracking. I specifically set it to track my location only when using. However, regardless of my security/privacy settings, it forces it to track you 24/7. If they ignore basic security/privacy protocol, can they be trusted with our data? ### 1/5 — Go back to the old layout *2025-10-08, version 7.3.20* For whatever reason Repsly changed the UI for the iOS version only and it is awful. The android UI is 100x better. To change the date of a visit it goes through 4 or 5 different pages just for one thing, it's so annoying. There's way too many settings that are like Russian nesting dolls. Also the autofill feature never works but I get a pop up every time. Also when you're trying to look at your metrics for the day it takes forever to load if it even does load. The app is constantly tracking you moment to moment. The tracking notification that’s always on in the top left corner of my phone feels like a dystopian hellscape.
