## What is Repster?

Log your sets in seconds and see exactly what you lifted last time — weight, reps, and RIR, right inside the workout. Repster is the fast, focused tracker built for people who lift.

SMART SUGGESTIONS
Most apps just record your numbers. Repster estimates a useful next-set weight from your history, your targets, and your fatigue — so you spend less time guessing and more time lifting.

BUILT FOR STRENGTH TRAINING
- Log weight, reps, RIR, duration, distance, rest time, and unilateral work
- See your previous sets and exercise history without leaving the workout
- Start recurring sessions in one tap with templates
- Rest timers with Live Activities on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
- Personal records, weekly activity, and full workout history
- Progress charts with bodyweight context
- Import your history via CSV from popular fitness apps
- Export backups and templates anytime — your data is never locked in

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Everything stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it. No account required.

Try Repster free for your first 10 workouts!

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-09-08

Supersets. Pair two exercises and Repster keeps them together - during the workout, in your templates, and in your history.

Templates, rebuilt. File routines into folders, open a template to see every set before you start, and save supersets as part of the routine.

A better finish to every workout. A rebuilt summary screen with notes and effort, plus a shareable card of the session you just did.

Smarter weight suggestions. Suggestions now factor in how hard each set actually felt and handle drop sets properly. Tap any suggestion to see which of your sets it came from.

New here? Setup now offers a starting program - Full Body, Upper/Lower, Push Pull Legs or 5×5 — and writes it straight into your templates.

Plus: reorder or replace exercises mid-workout, drop sets you can see in your history, and a faster set keypad.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-20

Thank you very much for the continuous support!

Apple Health
Finished workouts can now be added to Apple Health as strength training sessions, so your lifting counts towards your activity rings. It's off until you turn it on in Settings → Body → Apple Health. Repster only writes to Health — it never reads your health data — and estimated calories are a separate opt-in.

Insights
A new Insights section turns your own logged sets into findings: your last 7 days against your usual week, and a breakdown of where the volume actually landed by muscle. It builds as you log, so comparisons start once there's a few weeks of history behind them.

Various improvements
Lot of small visual changes and smart suggestion improvements and some bug and crash fixes.

### 1.3 — 2026-06-11

- New and improved smart suggestions for smarter training during your workouts.
- New insights feature that highlights trends or areas you should be mindful off.
