And they don’t even have my sign in info saved. Aside from that, the app does what it’s supposed to I guess. I wish I could see the dates specifically without having to edit the entry though. ### 4/5 — I want to keep using it *2025-10-14, version 1.19.11* This has been one of the better tracking apps I’ve seen, but I am frustrated that one of my favorite features - the weight over time in a graph - suddenly won’t work for any new animal I add. It’ll log me out, and not let me log in for sometimes a week. Just keeps saying ‘error occurred’. Another issue is, there seems to be times where it doesn’t add animals. I’ve tried to add an animal 5 times now, and it never saves the animal. Setting a date for any activity is a chore - the wheel selector for the date is atrocious. Just use the built in iOS design so that it’s less funky. Adding a new food type should be handled in the “Food supply” menu, but no. You have to go into an animal, select to feed the animal, and then modify all of your food types there. It’s so out of the way that it makes no sense. When you edit a foot item (say I chose the wrong food item and saved the feeding) it doesn’t show the remaining quantity of food items correctly. It still has -1 for the wrongly chosen item, and doesn’t show anything in the newly created food type, thus making food inventory tracking useless. No matter what you choose for your date format, the web app and the iOS app will not talk to each other. I’m still getting dd-mm-yyyy format in the web vs. choosing mm-dd-yyyy in the app. This app is all over the place. It has the potential to be great, but the bugs and various quirks and the after thought on design and placement options makes this an app that’s more frustrating to use than it is helpful. Recently it logged me out and I couldn’t remember my password but when I went to reset it it never sent me the email to do so and still won’t. I’ve used the same email my whole life and know it’s the one I used for the account. Had the app forever to keep track of when my snakes ate and this morning I went to check if my hognose eats today or not and it said “your account has been suspended contact account administrator” but they don’t even let you do that too. Also even with the sub, I can’t use push notifications to remind me to actually feed my pets. ### 1/5 — It was useful *2023-11-19, version 1.19.11* I’ve been using this app for going on 5 yrs. It was great initially. It kept track of everything and my feeding schedules were trustworthy. Now my feeding schedules don’t work correctly. If the schedule shows I need to feed on a certain day and I end up feeding a day or 2 earlier the schedule will show that I didn’t feed at all. The time stamps are off as well. I have until 6pm every day to log that the animals have been fed. Any time after 6:01pm shows that you missed the feeding all together. I’ve contacted the developers repeatedly without any solution. When I first downloaded the app, feedback was answered in a timely manner. Now the earliest I’ve heard back regarding my feedback has been at least 6+ months out. Additionally, I wish there was a way to share the reptiles' schedules with people who either do or don't have the app. Something like being able to share notifications in case you can't be home to take care of your reptile (or put a QR on the tank, which you CAN do but you can't share schedules). Which means I can once I finish putting in my snake details. Can keep track of feeds, type, etc and for bedding not sure if they will be an update to have type of bedding as I’m using coco and it’s changed my snake life from being on paper, tried different ones.
