Doesn’t remember login details ever. Face ID option never works. Not even employee at branch can activate new password without a 45 Min call to customer service. The app and general user interface on the website is so bad it honestly feels like the bank is fake and this whole thing is a scam. I was locked out for weeks, finally got in, and now my linked bank account is missing and there’s no way to add it back, meaning I can’t pull out or add any money. It’s super ridiculous and I just want them to hire better web designers. They solve your problems within one business day. ### 4/5 — Finally.... again *2018-07-01* After the September 2017 update, I was unable to use this app on iPhone 8+. Kept saying “device not a phone” error or something like that. It Worked on iPad no problem. Finally, with the 6/28/18 update, it works on iPhone 8 again, BUT I had to delete and re-install it. Now I can start using my Republic account again! I can even check my credit score.
