I am sitting next to my router and no problem with any other ap. This needs to be fixed so I can look at my account whenever I want. I can’t view my account at all but can change my password or view my profile. I have been trying to sign for three days now and it keeps telling me that I don’t have an internet connection and I have poor wi-fi connectivity. Funny how this problem exists the this app and no others. This is just another ploy to screw over the customer and overcharge and/or apply late fees! Shame, I was glad to have an app rather than manually logging in online every time. Online Has My Payments Set $75 More Then What Was Agreed Upon When I Signed My Agreement/Contract. I want to see how much of my payment goes to interest and how much to principal. I would also like to see a true account balance including interest and also a payoff balance. I was able to open it twice when I first downloaded it acouple of weeks ago, and now I keep getting a message upon sign in that I have “no internet connectivity or slow conectivity” and to check my internet settings. That’s funny because I get into every other app inluding all the financial apps and safari internet app just fine. Please download the update in the App Store. ### 3/5 — Convenient But *2025-10-21* I love the convenience of setting up ABP via the app, but it does not allow for profile changes, something as simple as email. ### 3/5 — Very basic functionality *2022-12-21* As has been the case with most of their customer tools, website, phone apps, etc., they provide only the most basic information to allow you to make a payment. No real account tools or insight into your account that are available in every other finance or banking app. You can make a payment today, but not schedule a payment for a future day. You can’t know what your payoff estimate is. It does not show how much is going to principle and hire much is going towards interest, etc. the last few days, facial recognition has not worked. Tried disabling and reenabling…hasn’t worked. Did before I think, but who knows?
