I was not experiencing this issue before the update. ### 1/5 — Needs more updates *2023-03-21, version 1.6.0* This app needs to be updated with bug fixes more often, for about 3 months since I’ve changed phones this app has been crashing on my new device and to date no update has come out to remedy this, I’m here wondering if one will eventually come out or maybe I have to wait another 3 months for that to happen, it’s frustrating! ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-01-25, version 1.3.0* This useless bank here in Guyana got a bunch of robbers out working there. N the app is just as useless as them ### 1/5 — Unusable *2021-06-29, version 1.3.0* At the very least there should be YouTube videos on how to use this terrible app. ### 1/5 — Confusing at best *2020-09-01, version 1.1.0* As one reviewer said great for a first app in Guyana banking services...but it’s a bank and a very profitable one and, at minimum, should have given their best efforts to have a logical working app. Banking technology applications are very common and the technology is very easy to get. Bells and whistles can be added later but I cannot even login to setup. How is it possible to ask a user to open the mobile app to find an OTP required to get the app connected in the first place? I am lost here. This is egg-chicken-chicken-egg logic. Not fully thought through it seems. ### 1/5 — Should not be used as secondary security *2020-05-07, version 1.0* This app rarely works to authorize web login as secondary security. The OTC’s never work. It could be that they refresh quicker than their slow system can process. Also the SYNC keeps showing an error occurred and to try again then the login on the web page times out. When you’re lucky you get a warning about duplicate logins. Obviously it’s seeing the app as another login and maybe preventing the authorization. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Too many bugs *2019-12-28, version 1.0* This app has too many bugs that affects functionality and userbility. Issues logging in, sometimes login procedure times out and when able successfully login you're informed of duplicate accesses. It’s good! If anyone else has a problem with it and prefers to go line up at the bank whole day then go down brave. Love the improvements. ### 4/5 — Inconsistent Performance *2024-03-13, version 1.8.0* Since the first time signing in, there have been a slew of problems with this app. It seems though that these are specific to iPhone users as the app seems to struggle on iOS. All my friends that have android phones report no issues. The FaceID doesn’t work as it should and the app itself does not allow for signing in properly.
