The app doesn’t allow you to make payments to other banks. Only to Republic bank users. And to do that, you need to create payees online.

App worked great with iOS10. 
After the update, I keep getting Alert: Mandatory fields cannot be empty 
I filled in my Used ID and MPIN on multiple tries.
