## What is Repular?

Go into every workout with a plan and your last results at hand.

Repular brings your routines, workout log, and progress together, so you can focus on the next set.

• Make the plan yours. Build routines, set targets, and schedule your week. Group exercises into supersets or start a quick workout.
• Keep every set. Log weight, reps, time, or distance. Check previous performance and manage your rest timer as you train.
• See the work add up. Follow personal records, body measurements, and the muscles you train. Explore deeper insights with Pro.
• Log from your wrist. Start on iPhone, then complete sets and manage rest on your paired Apple Watch. Follow your session on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
• Keep going offline. Sign in and sync your exercise library first, then log without internet. Changes sync when you reconnect.

With your permission, save completed workouts to Apple Health and import body weight.
