Bestes futuristisches Rennspiel! *2023-02-06* Läuft perfekt auf meinem iPhone 13 Pro Max und hat eine atemberaubende Bildschirmfüllende scharfe Auflösung. Es sieht viel besser aus als auf den Produktbildern. Mein neues Lieblingsrennspiel! Man kann gegen Gegner fahren und diese mit Laser oder mit Raketen abschießen. Es macht so viel Spaß! Es ist das beste Wipeout fürs iPhone! Schön das auch immer noch Updates und Verbesserungen erscheinen. Macht weiter so! ### 3/5 — It should be better *2022-08-24, version 1.2.0* Its the closest the Wipeout Ive seen on iOS since AG Drive got pulled. Everything about the game is pretty great, except for one game mechanic: The Red and Green Polarity gates. Its an interesting idea for maybe one or two tracks, but for every track in order to gain boost, its annoying and takes away the point of games like Wipeout or Podracer, and thats to go fast. The polarity mechanic makes it feel more like an obstacle course, and not a course that takes skill and precision to get through. Fun for a few levels, but after a while I want something about speed and precision, and not hitting or avoiding gates. ### 3/5 — Why isn’t this multiplayer yet? *2019-10-02, version 1.1.8* I enjoy the game but would love it more if it were online multiplayer ### 4/5 — Great game still *2016-10-27, version 1.1.4* This is a great game with 60fps gameplay. But in IOS 10 when i try to see achievements or leaderboards the game always crashes. I hope the developers update the game and fix this problem. ### 3/5 — IAP spoiler *2016-10-14, version 1.1.4* Not a bad racing game although the controls can be very awkward to use on twisty courses. Again, it's the dreaded IAP problem that spoils the game. You can't get cannons for your craft without paying for extra storage. They need to employ their 'no IAP' idea from space marshals 1. It's a fast paced racing game except you're not racing other players, and the developers of this game (Pixelbite), make some other great games as well. In Repulze you are tasked with piloting your hovercraft through red and green gates, gaining speed bonuses for hitting the right gates and being penalized by losing momentum when you hit the wrong gate. Graphics are amazing, but that alone doesn't make a great game. Repulze also combines excellent controls with a smooth frame rate. There are 3 phases of the game to play giving you plenty of content. If you're looking for a sleek, futuristic racing game, Repulze is it. There are no IAP's in this game. I have played this game for over 7 years and was playing it up to today, now the game opens and closes straight away. The 3-phase Dev/Release strategy was brilliant. I got to it when it was completed, but as an aspiring game designer myself, it has been a positive influence. I purchased on Android originally. Got to own for iPad Mini too! I don’t think I will be playing through Phases 1 & 2 again though. For me, Racing is about placing your best against opponent crafts and, while Phases 1 & 2 are fine for an initial play through, I imagine they will be difficult to get through with Phase 3 my true target. $.99 is definitely a great value for the initial play through! ### 5/5 — Best anti grav racer? *2020-07-15, version 1.1.9* This is the best anti gravity racer I’ve found for my iPad. A time trial racing game with some incredible track designs, mechanics, graphics, and very tight controls. It was all about learning the tracks and besting your own, and your friends, times, while unlocking new vehicles and upgrades. Now, after multiple updates, the game is truley a gem. The first phase was the original base game. While they always said more content was coming, with the AppStore, that doesn't always happen. The second phase added more mechanics and the third added enemies and weapons, all while keeping the core 'beat the fastest time' drive behind it all. While some may have wanted another Wipeout clone but I was very happy that they stuck with the trails type gameplay. Repulze very quickly became (and has stayed) my favorite racer in the AppStore, trials or not, I'd choose it over NFS, over Sonic, over any Asphalt title, Real Racing, CSR... IMO, it is absolutely in the conversation for 'best of the best' racing game on the iOS. Pixelbite is almost always awesome, but they made a real gem here. ### 5/5 — WAHOO!
