Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but it says I have an hour of screen time. My apps are still locked and the support email does not work

I love the idea but it won’t keep track of my pushups and squats. Even if I follow directions exactly with distance. Also there should be a customize which apps you want locked instead of a whole category.  And the biggest complaint is it said a 3 day trail but just charged first day!
