## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not ready for prime time

*2026-01-23*

Complains insufficient Oura data. Double-checked & confirmed proper integration of this app with Oura directly. Been wearing the ring daily 24/7 minus sync times for close to a year. Given prior complaints on this same issue, the lack of acknowledgement/ resolution, and the visible “tryVital” tie-in after setup → red flag → I revoked access via the Oura app.

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2026-01-09*

I’ve had an Oura ring since 2021 and the app withdrew me from a study because “there’s not enough data history” 🤔

### 1/5 — Good idea, terrible app

*2024-09-26, version 2.6.5*

I love the idea of the app and was very excited to try it out. I signed up for a meditation challenge. First day, no problem. Second day, I had to restart the app to be able to register my meditation. It was registering as day 1/7 (like the day before when I started and registered my meditation). I also had 0 heart left when I didn't take a break (the tooltip says you use a heart when you skip a day and can't get down to zero to finish the challenge successfully. I didn't skip a day!) I tried to disconnect my oura but have been unable to reconnect it. Tried to delete and re-add the app again. Still no luck. The button is unresponsive. Lost 1h of my time trying to troubleshoot. No support other than an ai chat that can't help. That's it for me. I'll come back when the app is working.

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2023-12-11, version 1.6.9*

Each time I’ve loaded the app, I’ve had to login. Each time I’ve logged in, I’m met with a different issue: it’s no longer connected to Apple Health; my health influences are gone; the insight screen is un-clickable; Apple Health can’t be disconnected.

I don’t know how useful it is, because I can’t use it.

I tried to reach out to the developer, but the “Developer Website” link takes me to YouTube, where I see Katie Moore - and the very video that influenced me to install the app.

Is her “review” sincere? Is she connected to the devs? How did she get it to work?

Disconnecting (if I can) and deleting until it’s actually useable.

### 2/5 — Withdrew me from study

*2026-02-18*

Like another person mentioned, I’ve had the whoop for 5 years now. Joined a study that I was so excited about- and got withdrawn cause there wasn’t enough data. Disappointed but still willing to give it a try.

### 2/5 — Poor execution

*2024-12-08*

Seems like a great concept but app does not save your log in so I am logged out everyday and withdrawn from every study I have tried

### 5/5 — Excited

*2025-11-03*

So excited for my products to arrive. Very cool idea.

### 5/5 — Very cool

*2024-10-09*

Enjoyed my experience
