Can we be able to post videos, reels & make slides (multiple media in one post) though please ? That would be very helpful as I use this app for my job. ### 2/5 — Needs to improve *2023-03-19, version 5.1.7* When it works its fine but keeps losing links between social pages & takes ages for anyone to relink them to get reviews/recommendations through from facebook. ### 2/5 — Needs work. *2020-03-06, version 4.1.3* Needs to have the same features as when accessing from a laptop. Also when scheduling posts the time you set it for doesn’t necessarily mean the time it actually gets posted at. However, when you post a response - you’re unable to view the whole response afterwards. Your performance is rated on how many posts or reviews you get. But when it doesn’t post it still marks you down. I wouldn’t bother with it to be honest, not if you want it for social media posting aswell. ### 1/5 — They will damage your brand *2021-10-10, version 4.6.7* As a result of a booking with a restaurant, I was seemingly automatically signed up to a mailing list. As far as I’m aware I need to give expressed permission to be added to a mailing list and I’ll be avoiding this particular restaurant in future for spamming me. ### 1/5 — Can’t send review invitations *2021-07-30* Always get the message error downloading request templates, try again later. Hard to use if I can’t get into it. ### 1/5 — Email scam *2018-10-08* When the app first opens it asks you to enter an Email adresse when you enter it it loads a bit then you see a message saying to check your mail that they sent an Email with a link but you never recieve anything not even in spam folder. It is quick and easy for customers to be able to give their input. The only negative that I can say is that you can only send a review once. I understand the reason behind it but sometimes people don’t have a chance to fill it out and it gets lost in their text.
