I’m a couple of weeks in with using RepVault. What I like - 
• has preloaded programs to choose from
• I can edit the preloaded programs if I choose
• I can create my own program

My favorites -
• it suggests what weight I should be lifting based on my one rep max
• it suggests when I should move up in weight after so many days of an exercise
• I have a permanent record of all my exercises and progress

I believe RepVault is going to help me achieve my goals for getting stronger and leaner. It’s like a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.

It is very organized and easy to use! I like the option to use a pre made program and the flexibility to make your own. All around an awesome app!
