## What is RepWall?

You only wanted to check your phone for a second – and an hour later you're still scrolling? Repwall builds a wall in front of the apps that distract you. They stay locked until you earn the time with a workout.

How it works
1. Pick the apps you want to lock – as many as you like.
2. Choose an exercise and a goal, for example 20 push-ups.
3. Want in? Open Repwall, do your reps, done. Your apps unlock for the time you chose, then iOS locks them again automatically.

A real lock, built into iOS
Repwall uses Apple's Screen Time. Locked apps can't simply be opened – even when Repwall is closed.

Your iPhone counts
• Camera: stand your iPhone up and Repwall tracks your joints and counts every clean rep – with lines that show you what it sees.
• Motion sensor: put your iPhone in your pocket and go.
• A voice counts out loud, so you never have to look at the screen.
• An animated 3D figure demonstrates push-ups and squats.

Three exercises
Push-ups, squats and plank – each with its own goal and detection.

Blackout hours
Set fixed times when everything stays locked, no matter what – say, every night from 10 pm.

Streak and widget
See at a glance how many days in a row you've trained. The widget shows your streak and status on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, a Live Activity shows your remaining unlocked time.

No cheating
Protect your settings and app selection with a passcode. Forgot it? You can reset it after 24 hours.

Private
No account, no ads, no tracking. The camera feed is analyzed live on your iPhone and never stored. Repwall can't see which apps you use or for how long.

Repwall is not a medical device. Only exercise at a level that suits you.
