## What is RepZen?

RepZen automatically counts your bodyweight workout reps using your Apple Watch's motion sensors — no taps, no fumbling with your phone.

Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, pull-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, and more. RepZen picks the right motion signal for each exercise, so it counts the way the movement actually happens.

A hands-free voice coach calls out every rep and cheers you on, narrates your countdown and rest periods, and auto-advances through your plan — all from your wrist. Add music from your iPhone and it plays while your Watch does the counting.
