النظام غير عادل، لأن أغلب الزوّار يقومون بحجز المقاعد دون الحضور، مما يحرم الآخرين من الاستفادة. أنا وغيري حاولنا الحضور ولم نتمكن بسبب ذلك. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع يُطلب مني الاشتراك فقط للدخول في قائمة انتظار قد تصل إلى ثلاث ساعات. فما الذي أدفع مقابله في هذه الحالة
