## What is RES Exam Prep Singapore?

We're here to help you pass the RES exam. That's the only purpose.

1000+ exam-style questions across the published RES syllabus — property law, agency practice, transactions, marketing, financing, and taxes. No filler, no ads, no subscription.

WHAT YOU GET

- 1000+ questions, every one written from scratch — no recycled sets, no padding the count with the same question reworded
- Answers checked against the Acts, and CEA, HDB, IRAS and MAS sources — not scraped off a forum
- All 42 syllabus topics — drill the ones you're weak at
- Timed mock exams, scored at the end
- Section B case studies — the part that fails people
- Every computation: BSD, ABSD, SSD, property tax, GST, LTV, MSR, TDSR, resale levy, CPF
- Covers the current syllabus, plus the topics added for 2027 — green buildings, HDB Standard/Plus/Prime, Land Betterment Charge
- Stats that name your weak topics, so you stop revising what you know
- A clear explanation after every single question
