Question bank updated to reflect the latest HDB cooling-measure change (effective 28 July 2026):

The 15-month wait-out period is now removed for private property owners and ex-owners buying a non-subsidised HDB resale flat without an HDB housing loan. Affected questions and explanations have been revised.
Clarified that buyers must dispose of their private property within 6 months of completing the resale flat purchase.
Confirmed the 30-month wait-out still applies for subsidised flats, ECs from developers, or when taking an HDB housing loan.
