Inputting Birthdate you have to single scroll through each month to get to your birthday. Won’t take serial number of CPAP Machine, says it’s invalid. This is a real piece of garbage that needs to be removed. Embarrassing that this is the machine I have. Sad. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-01-14, version 2.0.11* This is the worst app ever. The can’t get the date to work. It’s always one day off from what you try to click. Also, the submit button on one of the pages doesn’t work. Will not input correct date of birth and can’t input serial number of machine to even register a device. Get it off the App Store. An endless loop of errors. It is the worst. Wish I had gotten a different device that would allow access to my own data. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work *2022-12-13, version 2.0.11* This never loads the data and if I click on anything in the settings it shuts the app and I have to enter the entire login all over. ### 1/5 — Buggy & No Apple Health Support *2022-12-08, version 2.0.11* The app crashed multiple times during setup, provides little, if any, usability beyond a frustrating setup process and lacks Apple Health support. Your health data will be owned by the company and not shared in a useable manner with the patient. ### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work *2022-12-02, version 2.0.11* While registering, Birthday and setup date are both off by a day. You can cheat the Birthday by setting it up a day off to make it correct. But the setup day won’t allow you to do so. When trying to setup the country/region the app takes you to a search page. Type in whatever you want, nothing is found and there isn’t a back button. You are stuck on that page. The only out is to close the app, reopen and start all over again. The app will not allow you to continue without a country/region selected. So, as stated at the beginning, this app doesn’t work! ### 1/5 — Language *2022-11-29, version 2.0.11* The app randomly switched languages and now I can’t login. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever ! *2022-11-21, version 2.0.11* This app should not have been released until it worked properly. We all have more constructive things to do than struggle with an app infested with bugs ! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2022-11-17, version 2.0.11* I downloaded the app, registered and logged in. The second time and every time since. I haven’t been able to understand the pages as they are in an Asian language and I don’t understand what info I need to enter to access the app. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever! *2022-11-16, version 2.0.10* You need some new developers. This app is horrible. Every single time I go to Wi-Fi to synch my machine it crashes and logs me out. After 7 tries I give up. My machine tells me to use the app to set up to Wi-Fi. You need to do some serious fixes here. ### 1/5 — Application bugs *2022-11-15, version 2.0.10* I tried inputting my birthday and the application would show the correct date however, when I hit done the date of my birthday was wrong when I hit done and looked at it to verify. I tried several times and the same thing over and over. The application should allow you to type your birth date in the required block. The block for where I am located when I tried the drop down search and no information is listed. It would continuously be a white blank screen. I tried putting in the United States and once again a white screen. So I deleted the application. You would think a company with these units every where would have a working application and a higher rating than what is currently being advertised. If you as a company collect no data why do you require a birthday? This application has so many flaws and requires dedicated and responsible people to include the people from the bottom to the top. I’m glad it’s not my company I would have people packing there stuff and make sure they know that they are FIRED!! I personally am going to see if I can get a different unit and hopefully a different company. ### 1/5 — No! *2022-11-01, version 2.0.9* Had difficulty registering with older version. New version is supposed to support USA. App interface is in Chinese. Not been successful with ResVent CPAP after more than 30 years CPAP therapy success using Resmed machines. ResVent and Resmed are not the same. Inability to use app suppresses therapy monitoring. ### 1/5 — Not Quite *2022-10-31, version 2.0.9* Raise assist just put out a new update to help US users. Not very helpful when you can’t read the sign in process for the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Continues to be the worst app on my phone *2023-08-27* For more than 10 years prior to receiving the Reassist CPAP, other brands have provided reliable data upload via cell phone or Wi-Fi networks. Still have to manually upload data by having my computer read the data chip. Logging into this app is unreliable and cumbersome. Support from ResAssist or my provider has been useless or unresponsive. ### 1/5 — Wish there was a rating lower than one star *2023-07-21* Been a CPAP user for 35 years with replacement units every 5 years. First and last Resvent. Insurance provided this one. Horrible app, terrible machine, worst sleep. Shopping to buy a new machine out of my own pocket. ### 1/5 — Resvent *2023-07-13* Difficult to set up and Chip card cannot read data. There is not an option to print off data from the I phone app. Very poor system and offers little online support! ### 1/5 — Useless App *2023-05-06* Wish I could give this zero stars. This app does not save my registration information and forces me to re-register every time I try to use it. The birthdate entry calendar doesn’t work properly. And no matter how many times or ways I tried to enter the serial number, the app does not recognize it. This app is useless to me. Please fix this app or I will get a new machine. ### 1/5 — Same registration issue *2023-04-19* I am unable to register my device because it is already bound to another user evidently and when you email the “support “ people they want to direct you to your supplier for the login information that the supplier doesn’t have either. They offer ZERO help so evidently they use the same SN number on more than one device or something. And just like the person before me wrote you can’t enter your birthdate when registering because the calendar is jacked up requiring you to click the date after your birthdate. They absolutely couldn’t care less and have horrible customer service. Looks like I will be returning my machine and getting one from a responsible and respected company like ResMed or Phillips instead ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-03-30* I can’t get past the registration screen. Entered my email address then it told me to enter a verification number. Tried to go back to see what the verification number was. Couldn’t find it. Tried entering my email again. It kept telling me there was already an account with that address. Yeah, it was mine. I would use this app if it worked! ### 1/5 — Wrong language *2023-03-02, version 2.0.12* The app details say “English” but when I download it’s in another language (looks like Asian characters but I have no idea which language it is) and I can’t change it in the login screen. I can’t register because I don’t know what the fields are asking for, since I don’t read that language. ### 1/5 — Garbage!!!! *2023-02-19, version 2.0.11* Can’t register my CPAP. Says my S/N is already used. Website is not in English.I’m a Truck Driver. Every time I get home I have to reconnect it to my Wi-Fi, passwords and all. CPAP display says to use Resassist app to set up Wi-Fi on CPAP but you have to register to use the app which brings us back to the beginning of my review. Don’t know what else to tell you. Garbage!Apple, Why are you allowing this app?!?!? ### 1/5 — Terrible APP MORE CHINA GARBAGE *2023-02-16, version 2.0.11* Been to their website. It all comes up in Chinese. Doesn’t display properly. APP doesn’t work. Unlike the previous user, I was able to enter my birthday. But it is asking for country/region, and it doesn’t seem like to offer any options in the drop down, nor does it find anything if I search. I am able to look at my stats from my machine as it syncs. I like knowing how I’m sleeping so I’m very pleased with part. *would be nice for a section to see like more than one week at a time but no biggie though. ### 3/5 — Able to login successfully *2022-11-11, version 2.0.10* In order to set this up you must login via a desktop/laptop browser of their site.
