Every time I open the app, nothing loads—it’s just a blank screen. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, but the issue remains the same. Do not get resvent equipment if you can help it! when I open the app, it just shows a white screen with the words “ResAssist” on it and nothing else loads. it used to show either the home page with the stats or a login page. seems like the most recent update broke more than it fixed. also. the support page is written entirely in chinese, so you can’t easily complain to anyone about it. ### 1/5 — Problems since I got my new phone *2025-03-08, version 1.0.2* Everything worked great on my older iphone. I bought an iPhone 16 and currently have iOS 18.3.1. In order to access the app I have to delete it and reinstall it everytime I want to look at it. I noticed the app does not update the nightly usage information anymore. My machine wasn’t connecting to WiFi so I tried using the app. When I clicked on WiFi, it was searching forever and nothing ever loaded. Also the directions were so unclear, it said gps might be needed and to turn Bluetooth on but my phone already had Bluetooth on and there is no Bluetooth option on the cpap. Thanks ### 4/5 — Uncommon wording prompts. *2024-01-12, version 1.0.0* Chinese to English translation so wording may seem uncommon. For example, when creating a username it asks for “account”. Also when promoting to creat an account it will ask for an email and a verification code. They will email the verification code after you enter your email and click next. Make sure to link your CPAP to your WiFi in your home first from the device itself. ### 3/5 — Poor app *2025-05-20, version 1.0.2* This app needs a major fix. As others describe, it will freeze and crash on a blank screen with the ResAssist logo and the only fix is to uninstall and re-install it. I love the update. I am a graphic designer and the look and feel of an app or web page is important to me. However, it’s useless if it doesn’t work. Everything is connected and I keep all of my devices up-to-date. I see where the CPAP machine is uploading to the server, but there is never anything updated. I have to take the Zip drive out of my CPAP and upload manually. The problem is it only works with Chrome which I Try not to use on my Mac.
