Worst app for keeping time and making a service ticket. Adding inventory to the ticket takes forever. There are so many steps to do the simplest of things. Syncing is a pain. I wish I could take stars away from this app. Don’t waste your time with it. Coins or build opps is easier to add time and over time all on one page. Uploading photos and seeing past jobs is terrible.

After transferring to a different state with the same company I unfortunately had to be switched over to this platform. It isn’t bad, if we was in the early 2000s. Service max is such a user friendly platform and this just seems like it’s a long version of it.

This app needs to be burnt to the ground. It is the absolute biggest pile of garbage to be on a smart phone. I’ve never seen an app made in the past decade that doesn’t have such simple functionality features. I’ve seen 12 year olds produce better functioning apps than this. You’re better off using a pen and paper than this app. 
My toaster oven has more innovation.

Worst app ever. Takes forever to sync and hardly even works. If you call them and discuss every issue they will act like nothing is wrong with the app..

Últimamente su iPhone non aggiorna quando si apre l’applicazione, quindi non si riescono ad avere le novità introdotte. Per il resto, una volta connesso a Internet tutto funziona ma senza le ultime novità.

The app isn't great looking. But complete.

THE tools is used the most, was to see my number of visit by WEEK. Now it's only available by months, quarter or...year! Why?! Just why!

It's stop like this. Never touch the setting.
Try everything to get it back. Not working. Even my IT teams can't help me...

Terribly slow, doesn’t sync well. Click save and close and it does nothing. I’m on 5G+ with full bars and it doesn’t sync. App is broken as the reviews show.

You have to upload expense receipts 1 at a time and you can’t see the receipts once they are uploaded unless you open each individual note then click on the attachment, so you end up with duplicate receipts because you can’t upload a batch of receipts at one time.
