But complete. THE tools is used the most, was to see my number of visit by WEEK. Now it's only available by months, quarter or...year! Why?! Just why! It's stop like this. Never touch the setting. Try everything to get it back. Not working. Die App stürzt unter iOS 16 reproduzierbar ab. Für den fehlenden Zero-Day Support gibt es nur einen Stern. Pointless ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Mobile tech *2026-07-14* Worst app for keeping time and making a service ticket. Adding inventory to the ticket takes forever. There are so many steps to do the simplest of things. Syncing is a pain. I wish I could take stars away from this app. Don’t waste your time with it. Coins or build opps is easier to add time and over time all on one page. It isn’t bad, if we was in the early 2000s. Service max is such a user friendly platform and this just seems like it’s a long version of it. ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage app *2025-09-08* This app needs to be burnt to the ground. It is the absolute biggest pile of garbage to be on a smart phone. I’ve never seen an app made in the past decade that doesn’t have such simple functionality features. I’ve seen 12 year olds produce better functioning apps than this. Takes forever to sync and hardly even works. Click save and close and it does nothing. I’m on 5G+ with full bars and it doesn’t sync. It does even deserve a 1 star rating. I’m using it for work for a company I’m contracting through. This app will literally delete everything you do. Countless times I’ve had to redo everything I’ve just done in an entire day. It’ll sync for an hour and in the process it errors and deletes everything I do. If you are a start up company or you’ve been around the block and are looking for an app that will be reliable…THIS IS NOT THE ONE! It’s insanely hard to log/sign in to…literally takes days to log in. And it’s crazy unreliable! If the person that created this app is reading my review, I hope you know that you have literally only made people’s lives harder and more frustrating. I presume bad reviews are by people who don’t know what they’re doing. I would recommend a public SSL if you are using more than one device as it seems to be quicker than what I tried using a VPN even though the endpoint was the same. I use this instead of my contacts now as it has all my notes appointments etc in one place. ### 5/5 — Excellent implementation! *2014-04-11, version 7.1.3* Wow! This product runs circles around the Microsoft App. It's actually usable and allows quick searches, adding and editing of just about any record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM online. Thanks. I still would love to see reporting capabilities and dialogues in Resco. This will ensure our field force users not just enter data but as well follow a process strictly and use analytical strength of CRM to be more intuitive in their jobs.please work on making the dashboard a bit more interactive.thanks and good luck! ### 5/5 — Best CRM App *2013-06-10* We tested Resco vs. other options and Resco clearly won out. Their Woodford tool is VERY easy to use to create and edit the system to push out to users. The user interface is excellent for mobile individuals. Our team prefers this iPad app over CRM on their laptops. Integration with maps is excellent. Clearly the best option out there for Mobile CRM. Best of all... Customer Service is excellent! They will help you figure out any issues you have.
