Please fix issue if possible, had no issues with on previous versions. ### 1/5 — Ongoing address issue *2024-12-02, version 29.0* Click on address in app and gps sends you to an address 8 miles away. ### 1/5 — App keeps getting worse *2024-10-20* How is this even allowed as a iphone app? Have to re login every random time they feel the need to change it even though I have face id assigned to app. Also recently call will come through and when i tap on call to approve, it disappears until timer runs out. It’s a significant not working issue that no one can fix Allstate can’t fix it. The app people can’t fix it and you’re unable to use the app for two weeks or a week it depends and then you gotta reset your password so just get used to resetting your password a lot deleting the app multiple times to make it worse ultimately and I’ve been using the app for about three months and it feels like high school or freshman college kids have made the app because so low tech and low integrated into anything I feel like a little kid did it I mean, I could do it better than that like they do not have their stuff together and it is child’s play what they’re working on. It’s pathetic. ### 2/5 — Low pay per job high operating cost *2024-09-06* Low pay per job, not enough travel time so you have to rush to most jobs, not compensated for fuel or travel so it’s very easy for operating costs to exceed profit. Not worth it the trouble especially if you don’t already have most of the tools necessary. Get it together yall. Great way to lose good providers in crappy markets ### 1/5 — Notifications *2023-01-10* Are horrible. Always miss calls due to this. If your phone is on silent by mistake then you will 100% miss every call. Doesn’t even turn your phone screen on! From them til now I have otter taken breaks because I noticed missing funds in my payments. The company has showed me it does not pay its workers correctly. Issues accepting jobs, issues completing jobs, issues logging on, issues logging off, and getting progressively worse! And who’s driving 25+ miles for a $16.50 tire change on an F-150 in the heat, rain, or snow…or any size vehicle for that matter?! ### 1/5 — After update *2021-09-17* After the update I have not been able to to go online at all this is been going on for three months and counting and coming up to four months now made numerous calls no one does not know how to fix the issue and I’ve been out of work since June. Ever since I have reinstated my account with Allstate I have not been able to accept any jobs ### 1/5 — Deceptive *2021-04-28, version 7.0* Every weekly pay statement constantly underpaid or missing payments ,after contacting the billing they denied request and ignore supporting documents such as: screenshots or receipts . ### 2/5 — Vibrate set but no noise thru earpods *2021-04-06* This is a complaint that I hope the developers of the app read. Sometimes I will leave my phone on vibrate accidentally and I will have my phone sitting somewhere out of reach and sight. I will also have my earbuds in and when I get a rescue that comes through I won’t know because there is no noise or audible alert that comes through my earbuds. The phone will vibrate and the screen will display a banner notification for the rescue, but my phone will sometimes be out of reach and out of sight (i.e. on the charger) so I won’t know that Im getting a rescue. If my phone is NOT on vibrate, then I will hear the audible alert come through my earbuds. But sometimes I will NEED to put my phone on vibrate, or accidentally leave it on vibrate and will miss a call because I wont hear it. Can you fix this issue? ### 1/5 — App not working *2021-01-04, version 5.0* What is wrong with the app? I already ran the troubleshooting settings multiple times, it rings, but not for an actual call. Updates need to be fully tested before pushing to Customer base ### 1/5 — Please fix *2026-03-15* I have all notifications enabled ringer/alerts volume on high and have the screen set not to lock and am still missing calls even with me scrolling through the phone. Even when I try to accept, the app does nothing. This needs to be fixed. I haven’t made any money and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve joined and I keep missing rescues because the app does not work. ### 1/5 — Terrible communication *2025-08-06* Received a call went to accept got logged out went to sign in said password was wrong missed the call, received a jump got to the customers house it was for her other vehicle contacted the chat they cancelled the call tried sending me the right one wouldn’t go through told me to complete the call and they would mark it complete, i never received the money for that call constantly contacting them and no reply ### 1/5 — Great company with terrible App *2025-07-29, version 36.0* This App just updated and since that time it glitches anytime there is a rescue call ensuring you do not accept it, a terrible situation where an app does the opposite of what it is meant to do. It is currently a total mess ### 1/5 — Broken app *2025-07-24* Version 36 is no longer sounding an alarm or a sound notification, making you miss rescue request and going off-line. It is also removed the missed earnings value that is displayed when you go to the history section. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It does not resolve the issue. ### 1/5 — 4th time downloading *2025-03-21* 4th time downloading the app because when your password expires in a week, you can’t use the app. It’ll work and you get notified of rescues but when you open the app, nothing. You have to delete the app and reset your password that way if it works. Sometimes it doesn’t and you have to wait a week for help to respond so you can get back into your account. The app doesn’t work once your password expires so can’t ask for help there either. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Rescuer *2019-10-15, version 3.1.1949* Is getting better Carlos y very fast good customer service ### 5/5 — Enroute/Response Time *2018-05-24* The app starts the response time from when the rescuer accepts the job, thus giving the wrong enroute time. Specifically when the rescuer is currently on another rescue job or getting dressed, responding from home etc. Time should start when the enroute button is pressed in order to give the appropriate time frame for the dispatch and customer. Otherwise the app works great and if very accurate with locations of both the rescuer and customer. ### 4/5 — Decent App for Rescuers *2025-08-21* Real review. There’s a couple things wrong with the app. Whenever you go to try to lock in the photos and even remote areas or rural areas, sometimes it will just not let you. I had to put multiple rescues in with zero photos. For example, I’ll be on top of a mountain doing a jumpstart and it will not allow me to lock in the photos. I drove all the way down the hill to a reception area and it still would not let me lock in the photos. I close the app out turned it back on and nothing. The main problem with this is if damage is caused on the vehicle there will be no photos of proof for your benefit. So I feel like the app creator needs to fix this. For an insurance call it pays decent, but it’s still almost not worth it. Imagine driving 60 miles for $19. No gas reimbursement or nothing. Besides that everything else is pretty functional sometimes the GPS does mess up so you wanna make sure to call the customer and confirm the location sometimes. ### 4/5 — Good app *2017-12-19* Some issues: 1) eta is usually 5 minutes less than what google maps says. 2) will show missed jobs but no alert- seems to happen when navigating via map 3) will get alert for job that doesn't show, refresh screen but still doesn't show. Missed 2 jobs today in a 15 minute window. Seems to happen when navigating via GPS to another job. ### 4/5 — Getting better *2017-10-24, version 1.1* The most recent update has brought great relief to those of us who rely on its performance. I’ve noticed less & less “Pending” swirls when trying to accept jobs. Keep up the great work IT guys. Ty ### 3/5 — Needs to be more personal *2024-12-19* App is great however I have missed calls due to the notification sound not being loud enough. Developers really need to add a feature to where we can and are aloud to be more personal with the notification sound. Its to soft of a sound especially if I’m asleep at night to hear when asleep. Please developers make this happen. The sound needs to be louder or able to be more personal. ### 3/5 — Rescuer notes as reference. *2018-12-19* Sometimes when there’s a discrepancy on the rescue. Or there’s a previous damaged. Someone needs to be able to read the driver’s notes in case the customer wants to make a claim or perhaps the dispatcher needs more training ### 3/5 — Pretty good app *2018-06-01* I find it user interface easy to use and navigate. I do wish the arrival times adjusted like the Uber or Lyft apps in the way it not just counts down from when the job was accepted but as to how far away you are and estimated arrival time. Also wish there was like a Rescuer portal or something to gather resources for your “Personal Business” stuff. The contact of dispatch and app support is good. I do dislike the fact that if you don’t do Rescues for an allotted time your account gets suspended. That’s pretty lame. I also feel like you should be able to go to different markets and turn on the app and do work like you can with Uber an Lyft. That just makes sense.
