You should spawn at either a police or a fire station. Or the hospital EMS: you should be able to examine and transport the patient to the hospital and bring them in the hospital. Fire: make the fire trucks free or watch adds. You should be able to save citizens from burning buildings or cars or etc. Police: you should transfer the suspect to a court house or the station when you arrest them. You should add new missions and be able to pull cars over. Lastly every mission of one call you are in the vehicle to get out what do you think paramedics do in real life they don’t go back in the ambulance while they are taking car for a patient. Also it’s not pacient it patient.
