Can’t login in any more since the access update happened ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-06-09* Will not let me register !!! ### 1/5 — Two steps forward. One step back. *2016-05-18* New features and changes make the current version much more sensible. However, there are several serious bugs which have yet to be ironed out. For example, it is impossible to change areas of tables now as the app quits immediately if you try. So you can enter bookings but not see your open tables in the current version. Needs work! ### 2/5 — Ditch the stupid Ai pop *2026-07-30* Great when it works and doesn’t randomly crash or lock you out. The new Ai which pops is just stupid, annoying and not needed. Just because you can add Ai doesn’t mean you should. Starting to become not worth the money. ### 2/5 — Keeps crashing *2025-05-13* Two of us use this on our iPhones for our venue but it keep crashing. Very frustrating. It also hijacks my amplifier through which I’m streaming music which is very annoying. For the price I pay per month I expect better. ### 2/5 — Some extra features but less user friendly *2025-05-07* Switching up and down dates in the diary is now a multi button press instead of the previous single button up and down through the dates. Also, switching between different venues is more convoluted than the previous version. Booking entries made more easy though. Overall less user friendly. ### 2/5 — Not great. *2023-11-04* I have been requesting a lots of times for better performance, better updates and nothing. Keeps crashing and bringing back old bookings on the same day, double bookings as well. It’s annoying to work with it. ### 2/5 — App not working *2022-05-12* Since the new update today I cannot access ResDiary through the app at all. It allows me to log in but as soon as it goes to open the diary the app crashes. I have now repeated this process multiple times plus deleting and re downloading the app. Needs fixed asap ### 3/5 — Easy tool but missing features *2024-04-25* Finally a app for this system! Easy to make new bookings, to reassign tbls which was a struggled to do from my phone on the website, and better to edit comments and stuff. However I can’t see the dairy, and this will make a bit harder to have an ideia how the floor is when we are away, just the booking list is not really helpful although I liked the overview to show the numbers straight away. But please add the dairy somewhere. It is indispensable. If is it in somewhere that I’m not seem, please let me know. ### 3/5 — Can do better *2024-04-08* It’s great to finally have a an option on IPhone but it will be better if we could have access to close outs by time (and not just closed the entire service) to allow control flow in the bookings. ResDiary keep releasing new updates so the app gets better and better! ### 4/5 — A simplified version of the web *2025-04-10* The ResDiary app is a simplified version of the website. When using the iPadOS version the app works great. You can view the floor plan, create bookings, add booking comments, request payments, print a Chit Ticket - compatible LAN printer required - and more. However, the iOS version of the app is getting better with the addition of close outs, status updates and grid view but is still missing some important features such as the ability to request a payment or view the floor plan. Ideally, it would be nice if both versions had all the same features.
