Does not give valuations based on actual market value, but rather naive ai slop estimates. The app itself is also disgusting react native trash.

**Developer response:** This review is from a competitor. Not only is Bill entirely wrong, this app is not built in React Native, he has seen our app online and out of spite decided to review it one star. Very sad!
