The app freezes and crashes as soon as a picture is taken or selected. Try as I might it refuses to colour the walls. At the expense of usability, terrible idea. I’ve had it less than 30 sec. It won’t take a pic when I want it. Except when phone pointed at the floor. And I can’t get a colour on the wall when I finally got the wall on the phone. Palette does what? Nothing I found. Did ANY user testing get done on this? I don’t think so ### 1/5 — Whaaaat, *2023-06-27* Downloaded this app and what a waste of time, my 9 yr old grandson could develop a more sophisticated app come on Resene, get a 9 r old or a professional to develop an app. His app is blotchy, fuzzy, and generally just trashy….. Resene paint might be good but not their IT app abilities. Resene sells paint and has a wide range of colours, the end. How can we jazz this up? Hmm how about adding a clumsy spirit level, what about a terrible half arsed AR function… yeah that’s what the kids are into… or maybe a completely inaccurate colour analysing instrument that ultimately bring you back to the resene colour palette… do I really need to know the hex colour breakdowns for everything? Is that really useful? I’m sure if I’d spent more than 5 minutes playing with this app I would have found a way to sign up to a mailing list or maybe they’d tell me again how many colours they have to choose from or remind me again that they sell paint. ### 1/5 — Stashed when you try and use the paint function *2021-12-19* Useless App - crashes when you try and use the paint function - Dulux App is much better….. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-11-16* Crashes every time trying to use. But whenever I try to use the paint one, it crashes and I’m at my Home Screen. I’m sure this is just a glitch that they can probably fix (or I need to fix?) but over it’s a amazing app! ### 3/5 — Works ok *2021-07-20* Some of the colours simply won’t work or show on AR or pictures, ‘Breeze’ being one. Still crashes or freezes while trying out the app. I tried all the features, I can get so far before it crashes or freezes (AR black screen). Resene should have waited to advertise the app on TV!
