## What is Reserve?

You track her medications. Her appointments. Her moods. Reserve tracks the one thing no one else is watching: you.

This is not a family coordination app, and it's not a caregiving-task tracker. There's no shared calendar, no one else invited, no one else watching. Reserve is a private, one-person log of how much you have left — just yours.

Each day, set a numberless gauge from empty to full. Two taps, about ten seconds. No journaling required, no streaks to maintain, no pressure to perform wellness.

When you want to say more, optional drain tags let you note what took it out of you — medical appointments, broken sleep, hard conversations — and every tag is skippable. On low days, Reserve gently resurfaces a permission-slip phrase you wrote for yourself, a small reminder that you're allowed to be at empty.

Over time, a soft monthly chart shows your energy trends and drain-tag patterns, so you can see what's actually costing you. Calm, descriptive pattern insights (no diagnoses, no invented statistics) help you notice what's true about your own weeks.

When you need to talk to a doctor or therapist, export your full check-in history as a PDF or CSV. And no matter what — free, premium, logged in or not — the Crisis Resources screen is always available, never behind a paywall: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, Crisis Text Line, and Caregiver Action Network.
