A gallery, activities and prices in the visitor's language, and a booking button that works from any browser. Anyone arriving from a poster, a QR code or a search can book and pay without installing anything. And if they want, they can create an account with a password, a magic link, Google or Apple to keep their bookings at hand. Group bookings arrive with QR passes: book four spots and each person carries their own pass on their phone; the club scans them at the door, even from a photo. Administrators get an availability calendar to block time slots or publish their real schedule, international payments in their country's currency paid straight into their account, Stripe onboarding without leaving the app, and a clearer home screen. Also: creating an organization takes a minute, signing in with Google on iPhone no longer leaves the app, and an unpaid booking no longer disguises itself as confirmed. ### 2.1.0 — 2026-08-14 You can now pay with Apple Pay, without typing your card. • When booking a facility, buying a credit pack or signing up for an event. • Save your card once and use it with any organisation. • Payment is confirmed without leaving the app. • Your credit packs appear the moment you buy them. • At the front desk, the organisation requests the payment and you confirm it on your own phone, without handing your card to anyone. Also, fixes in bookings, packs and access control: an unpaid booking no longer opens the door, a paid booking cannot be charged twice, and cancelling in time gets your money back. ### 2.0.0 — 2026-07-29 Setting up your organisation is no longer filling in a form: you tell an assistant about it. You say what you offer — "I run a padel club with four courts", "I teach yoga classes" — and it proposes the whole setup: opening hours day by day, capacity, prices, how far ahead people can book and the booking rules. You review it on one screen and, with a single tap, your organisation is published and ready to take bookings. If you would rather do it yourself, there is a guided form that ends up in the same place. And if you stop half-way, nothing is lost: you carry on where you left off. WHAT'S NEW • Privacy by section: you decide who sees your address, your prices, your phone number or your calendar. Anyone, members only, or nobody. • The public calendar no longer shows the names of the people who booked. • Admins can book on behalf of a member, using their voucher or credit, and take cash payments at the till. • Full history for every member, including how each booking was paid. • Custom fields on membership requests. • Each resource's cancellation window is now enforced. • Opening hours with several time windows per day, and a choice between booking by time slots or by classes with capacity and a waiting list. FIXES • Dialogs no longer open with a gap at the top or get stuck without scrolling. • Error messages make sense: no more codes or technical paths on screen. • The organisation calendar only shows active bookings. • Many fixes to contrast, cut-off text and screens that ran short. ### 1.9.0 — 2026-07-22 What's new in version 1.9.0: • Classes and sessions with capacity: resources can now run as sessions with limited spots and an automatic waitlist. If a session fills up, you join the waitlist and get in automatically as soon as a spot opens. • Real-time dashboard: your upcoming reservations and calendar update instantly, with no reload, whenever something changes. • See more: expand more upcoming reservations right from the dashboard, without leaving the screen. • Join by QR: join an organization by scanning its QR code. • Alerts for admins: get a notification when someone requests to join or joins your organization. • Also: easier sign-in with show/hide password, plus several improvements to stability, the QR scanner and times.
