## What is Reset Focus?

Break the distraction loop in 30 seconds.

Reset Focus gives your attention a short, guided sensory reset when scrolling, meetings, or mental overload pull you off track. Start a reset yourself, or let Screen Time, Calendar, timer, and alarm triggers remind you when focus slips.

No account. No cloud profile. No external analytics. Your settings, reset history, and personal patterns stay on your iPhone.

RESET IN FOUR SIMPLE STEPS

The SLLS method draws on a field-awareness practice associated with Special Forces training.

• STOP — Pause what you are doing.
• LOOK — Give your vision one clear point of attention.
• LISTEN — Notice the sounds around you.
• SMELL — Use another sense to return to the present moment.

INCLUDED FREE

• Unlimited 30-second standard resets
• Screen Time protection after 15 minutes, once per day
• Calendar reminders before every 2nd consecutive meeting
• Daily Timer and one fixed reset alarm
• Optional feedback after each reset
