I’ve made recommendations asking with other users and am very pleased to see them being put into place! Kudos Jenna and team!!! I recommend that the developers find a way to have the software not lose member points and accomplishments - I lost mine and only some points could be reassigned based on what I remember. Customer care was helpful in getting those points back in but only based on what I told them. ### 3/5 — Love the workouts but needs serious tech support! *2025-06-05, version 4.9.0* Love the workouts and structured plans! But the app has glitches. Sometimes the workouts don’t save, and swapping equipment can cause it to skip ahead. The app does not provide any notification, alert, email, nothing that your card will be charged. I didn’t authorize a recurring charge. Trying to navigate the site, it runs you in circles with no resolution on how to actually cancel the subscription. You can edit your name and meal options, that’s about it. It always resets your workouts when you check a message or switch apps (any app really, example: I try changing a song, audiobook, etc. and when coming back to the app my workout is gone!) The workouts made sense, I liked the structure and mostly it was led by Jenna. It seems she is no longer part of the program. Support is useless once they have your money/credit card info. There’s an option to cancel your subscription on the site however it doesn’t work! So they charged me after trying to get help to cancel subscription for weeks. I disputed the charge with my credit card company so I could get a refund. Unfortunately, had to cancel the card as well since the option to delete credit card doesn’t work either. Terrible user experience and this is shared on the app by other customers. I want to delete my info from this app so if this is seen by developers, please consider this as my approval to delete my account and all info associated with my account. ### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel *2025-12-08, version 4.9.0* I haaaaate having to leave a poor review for a “small business”, but man! I have proof of me attempting to cancel since February 2024!!!! The contact email is invalid, and the owner is, as you can imagine, non responsive via Instagram. It’s frustrating to have been charged $80 for the 3rd time for an app/services I no longer want to use. And don’t bother switching cards, they still charge the new card! Smh. I went to cancel the subscription (AGAIN) and it takes me to Apple subscriptions, where there is no active subscription for this app and therefore I cannot cancel. I then attempted to send a message to the support team and surprise surprise, the email “failed” to send multiple times. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never support again.
