## What is Reset Ritual?

Return to what matters, morning and evening.

Reset Ritual brings prayer, reflection, and practical commitments into one quiet daily rhythm. Begin with Christian prayer and Scripture, or choose secular reflections. Both styles center on the same five areas of life: Mind, Body, Soul, Projects, and Relationships.

BEGIN YOUR DAY
Pause for a short guided practice. Choose one small commitment in each area, with room to leave an area open when you need to.

RETURN IN THE EVENING
Revisit your commitments. Mark them completed, carry them forward, or release them. Write down one gratitude and one thing to approach differently.

RESET EACH WEEK
Reflect on the five areas, choose optional personal ratings, and save an intention for the coming week. Revisit your commitments, journal entries, and weekly reviews in history.

MAKE SPACE FOR WISDOM
Explore 33 original guided practices: 14 mornings, 14 evenings, and five meditations. Every practice has a Christian version and a separate secular version. Four brief readings bring Scripture, classical philosophy, Christian writing, and contemporary reflection into view; secular mode shows the two nonreligious readings.

READ, LISTEN, OR SIT QUIETLY
Read at your own pace or listen with your iPhone's synthesized voice, with pause, resume, and stop controls. A quiet-minute timer leaves space for your own reflection. Set optional morning and evening reminders.

A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO RETURN
Warm parchment, limestone arches, muted bronze, and thoughtful typography pair historical inspiration with a simple iPhone experience. Choose a light or dark appearance, or follow your device setting.
