## What is Reset the Pain?

You are very welcome! This app was designed and developed with great care to help you access practical tools in difficult times and also for those who already follow me to have closer and more personalized contact.

Audio resources began to be used during the pandemic, but they brought so many positive results that I developed more tools of this type, for support in times of crisis, to help more people have access to simple, but extremely efficient resources.
