I love Thea! One of the first things I do in the morning is check in with Thea.
I always feel refreshed and reflective after my session with Thea. Thea is such an incredible tool throughout my day

I use Thea as a mid day check in. It feels great to have a second to pause and recalibrate. The best part is Thea knows what I need- the breath work, the music. I love that I can take a break at making these choices.

I use Thea as a pause in my day. The app either supports and bolsters my emotion or helps to shift and recalibrate depending on my preference. It creates an environment where I can catch my breath (literally and figuratively) and meets me where I am. The app provides a guided experience, incorporating breath work, language to help re-center / shift my mindset and music for targeted emotional regulation. Once completed, I feel re-centered, relaxed and recharged.
