Resgrid is a logistics, communication and management (LCM) system that can be used by fire departments (volunteer and career), police, emergency medical services (EMS), search and rescue (SAR), hazmat, CERT, emergency management and other first responder or disaster response organizations to coordinate, communicate and manage personnel, resources (units/apparatuses), incident and reporting. Resgrid will show you the status and staffing level of all your personnel and apparatuses. Set automated staffing schedules, attach notes, images and files to dispatches (calls), blast out messages, poll personnel, create and view callbacks and much more. Log calls, take notes, use the Big Board to show all information on a monitor in your station. Resgrid can manage your calls, generated either internally or from an external CAD system. Auto import calls via emails, text messages or API calls. Resgrid can dispatch via Push Notifications, Email, Text Messages and Voice Calls. So even your personnel without smart phones or cell phones at all can use land lines to get dispatched from anywhere in the world. And support reply quickly to my question and so far it seems good ### 3/5 — Lots of potential *2024-12-20, version 9.340* The “save note” button is not clickable on my iPhone. It’s off screen. I’m not talking about notes that are tied to calls, I’m referring to the notes section in the navigation panel on the left. The app is more tailored to firefighters. I’d like to see more policing options like BOLOs for suspects and vehicles. Maybe active warrants section. Or search feature where officers can search license plates and subjects within custom database. ### 1/5 — Doesn't Work. *2019-05-07* SAR team I volunteer with is testing response apps. ResGrid was highly recommended to me a few years ago by another team, so I suggested we give it a test. First of all, very strange there is only one (5 star) review from six years ago. And it has no text, just a rating. [Go figure, all of a sudden several other reviews from several years ago show up] Anyway as far as the app goes, we are completely unable to even get up and running with the app due to login issues. There seems to be absolutely NO customer support whatsoever. Despite various contact methods offered, you are unable to reach a human and VM's are not responded to nor are e- mails. We have tried repeatedly. If you are looking here, I suggest you move on. Either they're out of business, or want to be. ### 1/5 — Keyboard Bug *2018-10-15, version 7.76* There seems to be an issue with the app - when you try to type a message, the keyboard will pop up to the top of the screen and you can see what you are typing! Very frustrating, and can’t seem to get a reply from the creator. ### 1/5 — Needs attention *2017-09-20, version 5.0.5* This is a great concept, very useful when it works. But it is a weak expression of a good idea, with a jumbled interface and flawed visual expression. On top of that, it is a “weedy garden”, badly in need of attention to fix persistent and annoying bugs that block execution. I keep turning the notifications on and then push save, but the app keeps turning the notifications off. Would be nice if I could set a schedule for my availability as well.
