This app has a whole person approach to health - how active am I?, what am I eating?, am I stressed?, did I sleep well last night? - all these questions are attended to in the app and then some. Having a real person coaching through the ups and downs is also incredibly helpful for success in this process! Highly recommend!

I actually get to have coaching sessions with a real person! They also have lessons, activities, and even relaxations I can listen to. I have used their extensive restaurant guide when I eat out to find options that fit with my goals. I have learned so much about myself and am learning how small goals really add up.

This is a very comprehensive and intuitive app and program for weight loss and holistic health! It encourages you to focus on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress and the support you receive from the features on the app and your assigned coach is amazing! This is a sustainable program for lasting health and weight loss.
