I have downloaded and redownloaded so many times and it keeps saying error. I have been using Reshop service for a few months. I shop a lot online, and also return quite a few. Reshop lets me request to return, and get refunded immediately. Reshop gives me a few days (7 days I believe) to ship the products back the retailers. Then it is Done!!! How cool it is!! Worry free! I don't need to track when the retailers receive the items and issue the refunds to me. It was a big headache as I often lost the track with the retailers directly until Reshop is available. Another good thing is Reshop provides me the different options, depending on how soon I need the funds back. The experience with Reshop is very smooth. If I have a question, I just contacted their customer service, who are very helpful and responsive. A lady whose name is Hillary, and she is the best! I wish more retailers work with Reshop, PLEASE!!!
