I have downloaded and redownloaded so many times and it keeps saying error. I lost a lot of money thanks to this app just please do yourself a favor and be patient with your refunds because this is so not worth it and you’ll never get your money back ### 1/5 — This app is so stupid *2025-08-25, version 1.20.0* Couldn’t get my money back, they went to some weird online card that I can’t use. The company I made my purchase with “teams” with this company to get a refund. I’ve already sent the merchandise back and the company states the refund was sent to Reshop. Reshop refuses to issue the refund and I get no help from any entity to obtain this refund. You cannot receive your refund without submitting your routing number and bank account numbers, a valid credit card, your legal address, your email, your birthday, and your phone number. I repeat, the money that should have been charged back the moment your return was received is withheld by a third party unless you hand over every single piece of personal information. The “gotcha” is the excruciating attempts to transfer your refund to a “reshop credit card.” Returning an item should not be this complicated and invasive. This company should not exist. ### 1/5 — Buggy app… does not work *2024-10-09, version 1.8.0* Like the idea in theory but seriously poor execution. This app won’t even let me sign up. Do not use if you have any other options. It’s very glitchy and a huge waste of time to understand. It does not pull up in a comprehensive matter on a mobile device and is extremely glitchy. You’ll find yourself trying over and over again to get the app to work in a correct matter. If I could give no stars I would. ### 1/5 — This is a scam. *2024-07-31, version 1.7.3* If you are forced to use this app by a vendor like Steve Madden, beware. You don’t get the money back into your account. After fishing your credit card info, you are issued a virtual credit card that can only be used online — manually. There is no integration with anything including Apple or Android wallet so you must manually enter the details to use the funds. Any funds left after a year are pilfered away with inactivity charges until the amount is less than $3, which you will likely abandon. ### 1/5 — This is a scam *2024-06-09, version 1.6.1* This is a scam ! They ask your DOB straight out with personal info that do not need for a refund app ! ### 2/5 — Not impressed *2024-12-20, version 1.9.0* I returned my shoes, then with through the process of setting up my account. Once I had already put my info in it asked for my decor card info, saying that they would charge me if I didn’t return the shoes. The shoe was returned a week ago and there was no way to add the shipping number. The process with straight forward and easy. I immediately received a Visa card and added it to my apple wallet. I’d definitely use this app again if I need to make a return at a company that offers it. ### 5/5 — I recommend Reshop to all my friends and family *2025-07-18, version 1.20.0* Reshop is an Amazing idea. I have been using Reshop service for a few months. I shop a lot online, and also return quite a few. Reshop lets me request to return, and get refunded immediately. Reshop gives me a few days (7 days I believe) to ship the products back the retailers. Then it is Done!!! How cool it is!! Worry free! I don't need to track when the retailers receive the items and issue the refunds to me. It was a big headache as I often lost the track with the retailers directly until Reshop is available. Another good thing is Reshop provides me the different options, depending on how soon I need the funds back. The experience with Reshop is very smooth. If I have a question, I just contacted their customer service, who are very helpful and responsive. A lady whose name is Hillary, and she is the best! I wish more retailers work with Reshop, PLEASE!!! I was returning an item and an instant refund was offered. I wanted to check out how it works and boy, what a great idea! I so, so hate waiting for the money to come back to my back account. But reshop app gives you the money right away, to your debit card, i think they also offer bank accnt refund , and /or reshop card which basically works like a credit card that you can then use towards any purchase. You can also move money from reshop card to bank accnt which is great! Anyway, ladies give it a try!
