I keep changing my password and still nothing. So far this app sucks! ### 1/5 — Bug Report *2026-06-11, version 2.11.2* I’m having usability issue when responding to comments. Textbox is at the bottom of the screen which I can access but the enter button is further than that and I can’t scroll pass it. Comment interface needs fixing so I can communicate in a timely responsive manner ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2026-06-03, version 2.11.2* I moved from one community that uses this app into another which also uses this app, and this mobile app completely fails to sign me into the new community, keeps signing me into the old one. There is almost no functionality in this app what the web version doesn’t already offer, I don’t understand why this app even exists and why communities want us to use it. ### 1/5 — Broken on iOS *2026-05-18, version 2.11.2* On a service request It is impossible for a user to leave a comment on iOS because the add comment button is hidden by the UI. This could be fixed very easily, please fix immediately!!! ### 1/5 — No functionality *2026-05-17, version 2.11.2* It won’t even let me sign in even after confirming my email three times. It just stays on the same page never proceeding even after I open the verification link sent to my email. Just use the website online to do it rather than the app. It actually works. ### 2/5 — Bug in submitting comments *2026-04-13, version 2.11.2* When there is a service request opened with multiple comments, the “submit” button is hidden beneath the tab bar so when you try to respond to a comment, the button is hidden and you’re unable to actually submit the comment. All of these apartment apps seem to have the worst user experience and bugs that never get fixed (lived at another property owned by a different company and their app was horrible as well) ### 1/5 — Fix bug with comments please *2026-04-08, version 2.11.2* For any service order, the apps zooms in when I type a comment and it’s soooo hard to click the button to reply and the page won’t scroll down and stay in position. It just jumps back up. Especially for a long threaded comment ### 1/5 — Worst App EVER! *2026-03-24, version 2.11.2* Totally useless. I am forced to use this app because that’s what the new management of my complex decided to use—otherwise I would delete it. 😣 ### 1/5 — I can’t even log in *2026-03-20, version 2.11.2* This app just straight up doesn’t work at all. I can’t get it to send me a code to log in or do literally anything.
