## What is Resident Cabinet?

Resident Cabinet is the mobile office of a resident in a multi-apartment building and a working tool for the building s board.

CONNECT IN 10 SECONDS
Scan the QR code you got from the board, or type your building portal address — the app configures itself: name, logo, language, currency.

FOR RESIDENTS
• Account balance: charges, payments, debt or overpayment
• Split by funds — maintenance, repairs, special contributions — each one separately
• One-tap payment: a payment QR with the full bank details, opened straight in your bank app
• Meter readings and invoices
• Requests to the board and messaging — with history and statuses
• Building announcements

FOR THE BOARD AND MANAGERS
• Building status: income, expenses, balances of the accounts
• List of debtors by apartment
• Handling resident requests
• Publishing announcements

SECURITY
• Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID
• Credentials kept in the secure storage of the device
• The app talks only to the portal of your building — no third-party servers, no ads

DEMO MODE
Want to look around before connecting? Tap "View demo" on the first screen — every screen on sample data, without internet and without signing up.

The app is free. To work with real data your building needs a running portal — the app connects to it by QR code or address.
