鍵が解除されず使えなかった。
アプリから連絡して翌日以降の連絡を待ったくださいと張り紙に書かれていた。
必要な時に使えず非常に困った。

アプリ側(UIや使い勝手)は問題ないが運営側に問題あり。
1点目、自転車利用不可な状態が長期間続いているのに改善される気配がありません。おそらく通信上のトラブルで自転車と通信できない状態になり、点検や調査をしていただき「原因調査中」との回答をいただきました。しかしその後改善される気配がなく、利用不可な期間が約2ヶ月続いています。
2点目、利用不可であるにも関わらず現地に掲示がなく、アプリ上で「貸出可能数：1」と表示されている点です。利用開始しようとしても通信に失敗するため、初めて使う人は何が悪いのか分からない状態かと思います。現地に掲示もしくは貸出可能数の表示を0にすべきです。

しっかり文を読んだり、アプリを一通り試せない人には登録難しいと思います。
諦めて他の移動手段にしましょう。

まずユーザーコードは、施設ごとに決められたもののようで、一個人のコードではないようです。その施設を指定した上で取得するようです。
たぶん、施設によって料金が異なるためだと思います。

一般向けにレンタルするものでなく、その施設を利用してる方限定のレンタルだからです。

取得方法は2021/10/27 iOSアプリの環境で

メニュー(左上の3本線)　→ このアプリについて　→ お問合せ

でメールアドレス出ます。

そこに、施設名称を記載し、ユーザーコード発行お願いしますと送ると、返信されるようです。
