Pay 1,500 for adjustable bed frame and their app is ABSOLUTE garbage just don’t. DO NOT download app stick with the remote

Multiple attempts at restarting phone, redownloading app, Bluetooth Wi-Fi perfect. Spinning wheel, app will not do anything but take shipping and billing info.

The manual that comes with the Resident Adjustable Bed frame instructs the user to download this app, which is incorrect. You need to download the Resident Adjustable Bed app instead.

I have an adjustable bed base from Resident.

It has a manual that says to download the “Resident Home” app on Android or IOS so I can connect it to a smart device.

I guess they decided to entirely change the purpose of the app since the manual was printed.
