So I deleted app and redownloaded. Now it is not even recognizing my apartment complex, which means I can’t log in. This is stopping people from doing what they need to, by not being able to login continuously and then our property doesn’t come up. It keeps making me register but when I try to do that my apartment complex isn’t on there. I have talked to management and they said we are still using aptcast so I’m not sure what the problem is. If I can’t get this app to work then I can’t put in a service request or be linked to the site to pay rent. I have tried to delete and download again and there are no updates available.
