This is the worse app, but I have to use it to pay rent. All info lines are blacked out, so you can’t see anything you need to even add payment methods. I’ve never been able to. I keep hoping for an update, but still nothing. When is this app going to improve???

This is a terrible app. The only reason I downloaded it is because my apartment landlord insist we use it to pay rent, and Entrata makes its website unusable so you’ll get the app. DO NOT USE ENTRATA

The app is trash!!!! It went black and I can’t see anything. The words that I type you can see it and there’s no update or nothing to try and get it right. Garbage
