Now I have to manually enter my login every few days. It’s been this way for a long time now. Please fix. ### 3/5 — Numbers are so small *2026-08-27, version 6.21.0* I’ve been using this app for a while, and I have to complain about: the small the thermostat/thermometer number is, compared to the temperature, which is actually too big. l The thermostat/thermometer number should be BIG, because that’s the one that needs to be adjusted. At night in bed is so difficult to read. Make it bigger please. You always have to go back in multiple times after changing them initially to change again and then double and triple check it’s correct. It automatically changes the dates and temps after changing it the first time to random dates and temps. It doesn’t refresh automatically when you open it, and it provides no way to manually refresh. As a result, you’re likely to be viewing stale status left over from the last time you opened it. The only way to be confident in what it displays is apparently to force quit, then restart the app. FOLLOW-UP: the developer responded saying I should enable background app refresh. That’s not a solution, it’s an (unsuitable) workaround. The app should refresh on opening and it should implement the standard iOS convention of manually refreshing by dragging down. ### 3/5 — Resideo no longer connects to Alexa? *2026-08-22, version 6.21.0* Alexa used to connect to the Resideo app but no longer does. Why? What’s the solution? ### 2/5 — Automatic sign out, no Face ID, no native Passwords support *2026-08-21, version 6.21.0* I am signed out of this app automatically in the middle of performing an action daily. When I go to sign back in, the keyboard I’m provided does not allow me to autofill my password. I can’t use Face ID to sign back in either. I am constantly manually entering my login info to use this app. When I’m signed in it works. ### 3/5 — Recent updates bug? *2026-08-21, version 6.21.0* Resideo used to update my thermostat promptly and reliably. No more. If I make changes in the app, it can take 20 seconds or so to kick in, but half the time it just doesn’t update and the app goes back to the previously set temp. The Apple Home app works as expected. Reading the reviews, I see I am not the only person affected. Not sure what they changed but it appears there is a bug. ### 1/5 — Can’t find local network *2026-08-20, version 6.21.0* Loved the previous Honeywell Comfort app—so easy to use. But replaced one or our units and got a new thermostat and had to upgrade to this app. It’s not as easy to use, but it did work fine until a couple of weeks ago when the new unit all of a sudden can’t be found on the app. It’s working, and connected to the WiFi, but get a Cloud Connection Error when trying to access the unit. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting—reset the WiFi, reset the router, deleted the unit and re-added it, logged out of the app, deleted the app, restarted the phone, reset the local network settings on the phone, installed app on a different device, etc. Nothing works. The app does not show up as trying to access the local network like it says it should. The other 2 units still work fine.
