## What is Resideo Technician?

The Resideo Technician app serves as a primary tool of engagement for HVAC and Security professionals when working with Resideo, Honeywell Home, and First Alert products. The app simplifies installation and configuration for a range of products, including:
 
•	T Series thermostats: T5, T6 Pro, T9, T10 Pro, and T10+ Pro
•	L Series water products: L1, L2, and L5
•	VX1 doorbell
•	Pro Series Panel
  
Use the app to securely connect to these devices via BluetoothTM, Wi-FiTM or QR code, configure device ISU settings, verify the devices are functioning correctly, and invite your customers to complete registration to the device on their homeowner app.

This app changes its name on a daily basis. First, it’s a Honeywell home then it’s Risideo Pro now it’s Resdio tech and then if you want to controll the thermostat the app is called first alert? Honestly… its a thermostat. How hard should this be. My advice is to buy a smart thermostat that doesnt use this app
